Can't log in uninstalled reinstalled no effect. Anyone else locked out?
Their ssl cert for cloud.wigwag.com expired. If you set your mobile phone clock to before June 14, 2018, the app will work. A work around for now at least.
Well being that could have been renewed 90 days prior to expiration and still hasn't been done and they don't return service requests of any kind I guess these idiots have shit the bed for good.
Yeah. Seems that way unfortunately. Just a work around so I could add a bulb I had siting around before their servers shut down one day. Might just have to move onto smartthings.
This is my second failure I started with tcp connect. Nowwigwag which I picked because of tcp support. I may have to lean towards something like smart things I want to avoid proprietary bulbs at this point. I have 11 of different types.
I exchanged some email with Ed Hemphill and he told me they have no intention of abandoning the relay. That at worst people wii receive refunds. But that also 2000 relays are on the way. I explained that my current problem is the cloud issues due to the website ssl certification having expired. He told me they would look into it but also new services are coming and we may be switched to those services. This was a conversation over several emails. It remains to be seen if anything comes of it. I just wanted to share.
Cool. Hoping for the best. I also noticed their website got a redesign so appears they still have people working and doesn't look abandoned.
